Filming it so it reads well

Side-on: the camera square to the erg, level with the seat, three to four metres away.
The whole rower in frame at the catch and the finish, feet and hands included.
Steady phone — on a tripod, a bench or the next erg. Landscape is best.
One rower in the picture if you can; the nearest, most visible body is the one read.
At least thirty seconds of steady rowing; warm-up strokes at the start are fine.
